They found that one of the factors influencing motivation was ability. When you drink coffee, that doesn’t count since it’s a diuretic. This takes me to my next point. Too much caffeine coming from energy drinks, diet sodas and coffee will tax your adrenals which of course will make your energy levels crash and as a result harder to lose unwanted fat.
I know many women that will wake up and drink a diet soda in the morning, then coffee, then a few energy drinks just to make it through the day.
If you are one of those women know that this is not an effective or a healthy way to get more energy. I love my morning coffee, and it’s actually been proven to be a thermogenic (fat burning) but of course in moderation. I myself have cut way back on the caffeine and have noticed an increase in energy levels.

Charlotte Filbert Discovered

Just now I posted about Robin Williams dating a 27-year old girl Charlotte Filbert. Nobody seemed to have any idea about who Charlotte Filbert is. But, I guess I’ve found out about the girl… on her website! Ya, Charlotte Filbert owns a website called www.charlottefilbert.com and it was obviously easy!
As reported earlier, Charlotte Filbert is a Connecticut artist and she specializes in modern art. She’s a new generation painter.
According to her website, she knew from the age of 5 that she was gonna become a painter and has been devoted to the profession (or hobby) since then. Charlotte has lived in 6 states and currently resides in ‘a quaint coastal town of Connecticut’.
Charlotte received her Bachelor of Studio Arts from the college of Santa Fe, New Mexico and is better known for her use of bold colour.
Well, she is the news right now not because of her paintings but the new man in her life… the great Hollywood actor Robin Williams. The 56-year-old funnyman met Charlotte six months ago through designer Tommy Hilfiger’s daughter Ally.

If I tell you that very low calories diets cannot work long term, would you believe that “trash”? But if the truth be told, low calories diets are actually quick fixes that eventually lead to weight regain. The first secret to permanent fat loss is to “burn the fat” and “starve the fat”. Some exercise physiologists today, call this concept “energy flux.” A very subtle way of saying, “Eat more, burn more,” (instead of “eat less, exercise less”), and this is what the Burn the Fat philosophy is all about.
